We believe that The Outlaw Estates is a premier destination, a place all residents are proud to call home. As we grow we will maintain or improve the standards set by previous ownership in order to protect and preserve the club’s quality of life.
The previous owners worked hard to build and then maintain a positive working relationship with the Alto board of directors as well as the residents of Alto and The Outlaw. Our first goal is to ensure that this relationship continues. It is our desire to be a community partner that the residents and leadership of Alto and The Outlaw enjoy working with. We will be active, present, and available.
Trey, his wife Kali and daughter Hali live in Carlsbad and are native to New Mexico. Trey comes from a ranching family, and is an entrepreneur at heart. Kali enjoys traveling, playing golf, and serves as manager for their many businesses.
Cody and his wife Angie are native to New Mexico, reside in Carlsbad but have deep family ties just down the hill in Tularosa. Cody enjoys golf, and spending time with his 2 daughters Harlyn and Haddi. Angie is a Speech Language Pathologist and also enjoys the outdoors.
Chris, a native to New Mexico, lives in Carlsbad with his two boys, Grayson and Garrett. Chris is a Financial Advisor and enjoys playing golf.
